Our policy of requiring that the financial planning process be completed before we will accept assets to manage is based on the firm belief that it is impossible to give credible and appropriate investment advice without fully taking into account your overall financial picture.
Our decision to remain small allows us to focus our attention on you and create customized plans and portfolios, not cookie cutter advice.
We are compensated on a fee basis that is unrelated to the number of transactions in your accounts. If you are like our current clients, you will love these commission-free accounts. Instead of being compensated with a commission for selling investments like ordinary brokers, our fee-only structure best aligns your interests with ours. You will know that we don't get paid just for moving money, but for having your money in the best place to achieve your goals.
As registered investment advisor representatives, we have a fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interests of our clients at all times.
In addition, the record keeping of all transactions and proper confidential treatment of your information is of utmost importance. If anything should happen to us suddenly, our broker dealer not only has this information readily available for you, but they also have the responsibility to make sure that everything we do is in full compliance with the regulatory rules established to protect you and your family in all instances.
